Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Heavy-duty Truck") was established in 2002, headquartered in Xi'an, Shaanxi. It is a renowned enterprise in China's large commercial vehicle manufacturing industry and one of the first batch of complete vehicle and component export base enterprises.

The Company boasts a first-class heavy truck new energy research and development and application laboratory, as well as a post-doctoral research station and an academician and expert workstation. It holds 290 patents in new energy and intelligent network connection technologies. Shaanxi Heavy-duty Truck has undertaken two national 863 program projects, owns the first heavy truck autonomous driving test license in China, has realized mass production of L3 level autonomous driving heavy trucks, and has achieved batch commercial operation of L4 level in various scenarios. The independently developed new generation product platform "Delong X6000," with its international first-class, industry-leading core technical indicators, has earned a good reputation among customers for fuel efficiency, safety, reliability, and comfort, becoming a high-quality benchmark in China's commercial vehicle industry.

Zhongtong Bus, founded in 1958, officially producing buses in 1971 and listed in 2000. It is one of the earliest bus manufacturers in China, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 large, medium and light buses. To date, the Company has produced and sold more than 280,000 buses, including over 75,000 new energy buses.

The company has various innovation platforms, such as National Certified Enterprise Technology Center, National Industrial Design Center, National CNAS Certified Laboratory, Academician Workstation and Postdoctoral Research Center. The newly developed H series products for group tourism create a more comfortable travel experience for tourists. Safety school buses like the X5 and Jingcai series fully guard the travel of students. It actively contributes to ‘rural revitalization’ by promoting grassroots medical services with its CT mobile medical vehicles. Weichai New Energy Commercial Vehicle, under the "Landking" automotive brand, focuses on four major technical routes: pure electric, hybrid, hydrogen fuel, and traditional fuel vehicles. Scenarios encompass more than 100 segmented application scenarios including urban logistics, urban-rural logistics, inter-city logistics, urban construction logistics, and specialized operation scenarios.
